What is your return/exchange policy?

In case that you received a wrong item that was supplied incorrectly, or you are unsatisfied with a product you have purchased, we can offer either a refund or exchange with no extra shipping cost. If this is the case, please inform us ASAP by sending an email to info@taliaskincare.com. Do not forget to include your name, address, order ID number and reason for return/exchange in your email. Please allow 3-5 business days for handling your request.

Do you give away samples?

Yes, you will be able to choose TWO deluxe travel size product samples (15-40 ml) with any order for FREE.

Do you charge VAT or other duties?

Our company is based in Israel, so we do not charge our international customers VAT from our side. However, VAT & more duties might be charged in each country according to its customs regulations.
